Delivery Information

At Zorin Tools, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery options and timescales.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a further notification when it has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is provided with all Standard Delivery orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Delivery to Remote Areas

Deliveries to certain remote areas of the UK, including parts of the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and some offshore islands, may take longer and could be subject to additional charges. Any such charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, or provide a safe place or alternative delivery address at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@zorintools.co.uk. We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Important Notes

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, adverse weather, or courier delays beyond our control.
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Orders containing large or heavy items (such as jacks or tool chests) may require additional handling time.
